Location

The office and retail building „Büchsenstraße 10“ is located in the prime central area of Stuttgart city, in the immediate proximity of the main shopping promenade „Königstraße“.

Metro station „Stadtmitte“ is reachable within just a few meters. All districts of Stuttgart are easily accessible via the metro, including the Central railway station (6 min) and the airport (30 min). There are sufficient possibilities available for parking directly in front of the building as well as in the surrounding streets, e.g. the car park “Kronprinzstraße”, which is destined to customers and tenants of the building.

The environment is very lively, with a wide range of shops, hotels, restaurants and cafes. The property is located 300 meters next from the town hall and market square of Stuttgart. In 2018, a new shopping center will open at the corner of Büchsenstraße and Königstraße, with about 5,000 sqm and Primark as main tenant. You can also find the famous ice café Santin and the MICA Club in our property.
